One of the most rewarding parts of our job is when our effort and commitment is rewarded with gracious feedback from satisfied clients. We really do try to exceed expectations on every call and when that’s recognized by someone’s kind words and willingness to take time out of their day to give us a review online or write it down and send it to us it makes all the bloodied knuckles, tired shoulders and strained backs more than worthwhile.
While we strive to outdo expectations on every call we know that just through human nature there’ll occasionally be times when our thoughts don’t match yours and we want to hear about those as well. We encourage you to post your thoughts good or bad on sites like Yelp, Google, Bing or any other online forum that encourages open discussion of services rendered.
